About the Event

This event is going to offer space to explore and balance the six major emotional states: sadness/grief, frustration/anger, depression/fear, worry/anxiety and hatered.  The practices will facilitate transformint these emotional states into courage, feeling of abundance, joy and love, peace and groundedness.

The practices are easy, fun and appropriate for all levels.

This is a donation based practice. Feel free to contribute what you can.
