Great daily daoist flow to clear negative energy

We are taught to play small, to hide our emotions ever since we were children. For most families, the kid is encouraged, when they 'behave' and suppress their natural emotional responses.

Emotions are not inherently good or bad. They are just in the moment responses we have to life.

The art, when we become adults, if we want a quality relationship, is how to communicate what we feel without "throwing it on the other", as if it is their fault that we experience something. Again, this is not something we are taught, since when we were young, our parents gave us the impression that what we experienced cause them to react. Thus, our natural conclusion would be that when someone experiences something in our presence, and we are emotionally impacted, they 'cause' our reaction (they are the reason for our experience).


So, what to do?

When we are with someone, who we love and would like to experience deep union with, the first thing is to learn emotional intelligence. It starts with very simple steps. What is happening in me?

But how to do that? This is not as complicated as it might seem. Most emotions have location in the body. I am scared, so my solar plexus (right under the rib cage) would tighten. I am angry, so my face gets red. There are basically body reactions and responses to every emotion we experience.
